Everything a seller looks for
Sellers look you up before they book a listing presentation. Every site answers what they want to know first: what have you sold, which neighborhoods do you know, and how do I reach you. You approve every word before it goes live.
- Sold results and current listings, added by you or imported from your brokerage profile
- Your story, your neighborhoods and your services
- Your reviews, and a home valuation form on the page
Built to be found
When a seller searches your name, your own site should be what they find. That starts with how it's built: every site we publish is set up so search engines understand exactly who you are and where you work.
More reach with online marketing- Page titles and descriptions with your name and neighborhoods
- Structured data that identifies you as a real estate agent
- A sitemap, ready for Google Search Console
- Lightweight pages that load fast on any phone
- Secure HTTPS on your own domain
Words you can stand behind
We write from your brief, not from a template of borrowed claims. Your site only shows the facts you give us, exactly as you give them: no invented sales figures, no made-up reviews and no promises you can't keep. The writing follows Fair Housing rules, so it describes homes and neighborhoods, never the buyers a home suits. Your brokerage name and license details appear on every page.
How the brief worksJames sells homes across Carlsbad, Encinitas and Oceanside. He has worked these streets for [years from your brief], and he'll tell you straight what your home is worth.
Every inquiry, straight to you
Valuation requests and questions about your listings land in your dashboard, with an email alert the moment they arrive. Follow up while the seller is still thinking about it.
- Home valuation and contact forms on your site
- One inbox for your site and your card
No two look the same
Choose co-branded or self-branded, pick your color, and choose one of three design styles: Signboard, Editorial or Coastal.
Signboard
Bold and direct, like the sign in the front yard.
Editorial
Quiet and considered, with a serif voice.
Coastal
Light and open, with room to breathe.
Sample designs, not real agents.

Website questions
More in the full FAQ.
Who writes the words on my site?
We draft every section from your brief, in the voice you choose. You can edit any of it before it goes live, and change it whenever you like after.
Will you make up statistics or reviews?
No. Your site only shows facts you give us, like years in the business or homes sold, exactly as you enter them. We never invent sales results or testimonials.
Where do my listings come from?
You add your current and sold listings yourself, or we import your own listings from your profile page on your brokerage’s website. Keep your Zillow and Realtor.com profiles as they are.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Switch between co-branded and self-branded, change your color or pick a different design style, then republish.
What happens if I change brokerages?
Your domain, your website and the reputation you have built stay with you. Update the brokerage in your brief and republish, and your site shows the new one.
Your own .com domain, your website, your current and sold listings, and inquiries. Prices in US dollars, sales tax may apply, and there are no setup fees.
